Branch Manager – Highland Office
Grade Level 13
Exempt Position with a salary range of $58,500 – $77,502
This position must have solid knowledge of bank services, products, policies and procedures. Branch Managers are responsible for all operational aspects of the branch, this will include running the day-to-day operations including overseeing and coordinating all sales and operations. They are directly responsible for hiring staff, onboarding, and training new staff members, and developing goals to maintain sales performance.
They assess local market conditions to identify sales opportunities and prospective new clients.
A good Branch Manager should be proactive about networking and have strong communication skills to bring in new clients. They must also have expert analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks well, as they have many responsibilities.
Typically, a Branch Manager will work with customers and other employees at their branch, but they can also collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and branch processes.

Loan Servicing Specialist, Tier 1 – the Loan Servicing Specialist is primarily responsible for the servicing of all loans for Sawyer Savings Bank to include responding to customer inquiries, processing loan payments and mailing late notices, review of rate change notices for HELOC and ARM loans, monitoring and following up on missing loan file documentation, all aspects of loan payoffs, putting closed loans on the CORE system, preparing and testing for OSI system updates, and eventually performing tax escrow related duties to include annual escrow analysis and verification and remittance of tax payments. Also responsible for the verification and remittance of monthly PMI insurance payments as well as homeowners’ and flood insurance monitoring, remittances, and force-placed insurance when needed.
