AVP & Director of Customer Experience

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP & Director of Customer Experience to lead our customer service initiatives and enhance overall client satisfaction. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong background in customer support, and the ability to manage a diverse team. The ideal candidate will oversee customer interactions across multiple channels, analyze service data, and implement innovative solutions to improve the customer journey.

The AVP, Director of Customer Experience will be responsible for the overall success of bank sales production and growth while overseeing the branch network and loan originators throughout Sawyer Savings Bank’s footprint. The role will be responsible for building and retaining a team of Banking professionals dedicated to delivering remarkable customer experience through effective leadership, achieving sales goals, operational efficiencies and developing a strong management team. To be effective in this role, the individual must create and maintain strong relationships with business partners and will be a leader in community activities and functions.

Skills/Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university OR Equivalent in Experience
  • Experience in management with staff development; that is, direct management of staff to include responsibility for coaching, sales leadership, and operations.
  • Experience in Bank operations
  • Experience in retail or financial sales and business development
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environment
  • Must be willing to travel to branch offices and customer’s business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Pay: $71,059.00 – $106,589.00 per year

 

 

LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST

 Education Requirements:  High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Previous Experience Requirements:  6 months – 1 year previous office/clerical experience.

General Responsibilities Include:

Tier 1:

  • Answer telephone and respond to customer servicing related inquiries as able, or direct calls to the proper party, as needed.
  • Inter-office delivery/mail run including preparing outgoing mail.
  • Responsible for reviewing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Reports on the CORE system.
  • Responsible for processing loan payments and mailing of late notices.
  • Review allotment trailers and monitoring daily allotment activity. Make manual payments.
  • Review rate change notices for HELOC and ARM loans for correct rates and adjustments
  • Monitor and change the FTHB accounts to the seasoned status.
  • Share responsibility for the department’s filing on an electronic filing system (currently called Work Flow).  This includes reviewing each file for completeness and accuracy, including Masterfile reviews and document checks.
  • Maintain log on missing loan file documentation in a timely manner. Follow up on obtaining missing documentation and when received, file or forward it to appropriate location.
  • Putting lock outs on loans to be sold and mailing out the necessary documents to US Bank.
  • Responsible for loan payoff requests, including document preparation, customer communication, discharge of mortgage, lien release, and notification of payoff to secondary market investors.
  • Responsible for putting commercial and residential loans on the CORE system.
  • Prepare for and test all OSI system updates.
  • Responsible for maintaining and proving assigned G/L accounts.
